This Shipping Policy applies to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions conducted via our Shopify store. It is designed specifically for industrial, commercial, and trade customers.
1. Scope of Supply
· Our products are supplied for commercial and industrial use only. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they are acting in the course of business.
· Certain products may be subject to transport regulations, including Dangerous Goods classification, and may require specialised freight handling.
2. Order Processing
· Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
· Standard processing time: 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
· Custom, manufactured-to-order, or bulk production items may require extended lead times.
· Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received or credit terms approved.
· We reserve the right to delay dispatch pending credit approval, payment confirmation, compliance documentation, or verification of delivery access conditions.
3. Freight Methods
· Freight method is determined based on product classification, shipment weight and dimensions, palletisation requirements, delivery location, and site access requirements.
· We utilise recognised industrial freight providers including Australia Post (small parcels), TNT / FedEx, StarTrack, Direct Freight Express, and approved pallet carriers.
· We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier unless a specific freight method is contractually agreed.
4. Pallet & Bulk Freight Conditions
· Delivery is kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.
· Forklift access or suitable unloading equipment must be available.
· A contact person and phone number must be provided.
· Redelivery fees apply if site access is not suitable.
· Tailgate or specialised delivery requirements must be declared prior to dispatch and may incur additional charges.
5. Dangerous Goods (If Applicable)
· Shipments will comply with the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code.
· Additional freight charges may apply.
· Delivery timeframes may be extended due to carrier restrictions.
· Some remote or residential locations may be ineligible for delivery.
· The purchaser is responsible for ensuring appropriate storage and handling upon receipt.
6. Freight Charges
· Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, cubic dimensions, delivery postcode, freight class, and special handling requirements.
· Freight may be charged at checkout, quoted separately, or applied to customer accounts under agreed terms.
· Remote and regional surcharges may apply.
7. Delivery Timeframes
· Metro: 2–5 business days.
· Regional: 3–7 business days.
· Remote: 5–10+ business days.
· Delivery times are estimates only and subject to carrier performance and external conditions.
· Title and risk pass to the purchaser upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Transfer of Risk & Title
· Risk transfers upon delivery to the nominated address.
· Title remains with us until full payment has been received in cleared funds.
· Claims for non-delivery must be made within 5 business days of expected delivery date.
9. Inspection & Damage Claims
· Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
· Visible damage, short delivery, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.
· Photographic evidence and original packaging must be retained for freight claim purposes.
· Failure to notify within this timeframe may void claim eligibility.
10. Storage & Handling Post-Delivery
· The purchaser is responsible for proper storage conditions and compliance with Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.
· We accept no liability for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
11. Delivery Access & Failed Deliveries
· If delivery cannot be completed due to no authorised receiver, unsafe site conditions, restricted access, or incorrect address details, additional freight and redelivery fees will apply.
12. International & Export Orders (If Applicable)
· Incoterms will apply as agreed (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).
· Customs duties, taxes, and import compliance are the purchaser's responsibility.
· Export documentation may incur additional fees.
13. Force Majeure
· We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including industrial action, port congestion, regulatory changes, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
